Registration Process
Please note that all Holiday Camps are available at an additional charge.
For children already attending our after-school service, we send parents a registration form, which must be completed within the specified timeframe. Once all applications have been received, we review them and confirm whether the camp will go ahead. Please note that this process is subject to receiving permission from the school.
For children who are not currently attending our after-school service, we usually advertise our camps on our social media channels approximately two months in advance (for example, Midterm and Summer Camps). Admission for external children is subject to approval from the school and principal; however, we always aim to offer places to external families where possible.

Good to Know
- We accept NCS (National Childcare Scheme)
- The NCS code must match the hours booked; otherwise, additional fees may apply
- The code must be valid and not expired
- Camps are available during Summer, Midterm, Winter, and April breaks (school dependent)
- Children must be attending primary school
Booking Information
- Camps must be booked in full weeks (some weeks may be 4- or 5-day weeks)
- Each camp requires a minimum of 12 children to run
- If minimum numbers are not reached, an alternative camp or refund will be offered where possible
- Camp fees may vary by location, but this will be confirmed once the registration
