The Kids Inc Akademy is our dedicated training and development programme designed to support staff at every stage of their career. Through a combination of onboarding, continuous professional development, and leadership training, we equip our team with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to create outstanding experiences for children.
Our training programme covers a wide range of areas, including child development, safeguarding, inclusive practice, behaviour management, health and safety, programme planning, and effective communication.
