Government Subsidies

We operate all major government childcare schemes to help reduce costs for parents, including ECCE, NCS, and CCSP.

National Childcare Scheme (NCS)

The NCS provides financial support to help parents meet the costs of early learning and childcare. It is highly flexible and includes two types of subsidies:

  • Universal Subsidy: Available to all children under 15, regardless of income.
  • Income-Assessed Subsidy: Based on your family income, child’s age, and educational stage.

ECCE Scheme (Free Pre-School)

The Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Scheme provides early childhood care and education for children of pre-school age. Children are eligible to start the ECCE scheme in the September of the year that they turn 2 years and 8 months of age.

  • 3 hours per day, 5 days a week, for 38 weeks of the year.
  • Fully integrated into our Creche pre-school rooms.
